Host Sites:
Host Sites are selected through a highly competitive application process, and it is therefore critical that you complete this form thoroughly, providing as much detail as possible.

If your Host Site application is approved, the description(s) you provide will be added to our wait list. You will be notified as soon as possible should a slot open up. Please note that your organization will also be added to a contact list for ongoing communications regarding upcoming cohorts and host site information sessions.

Position Information

Please complete the following information regarding your Host Site and how a Fellow would be utilized.

If you would like to request more than one Fellow for your Host Site, please complete this form for each fellowship position.

Please Note:
Supervision of each Fellow must include one-on-one weekly meetings.

Whenever possible, Host Sites taking multiple Fellows should assign a different supervisor for each Fellow.

Host Site supervisors should be those in mid-level administrative positions with supervisory experience who can commit adequate time to support the Fellow.

For full consideration, Host Site supervisors will have,

a minimum of a Master's degree
a minimum of five years of experience relevant to community engagement
a minimum of three years of supervisory experience

We are requesting a:

One-year fellow (25 hrs per week mid-August 2024 through mid-May 2025.)

Two-year fellow (10 hrs per week mid-August 2024 through mid-May 2026.)

We would prefer to interview all strong candidates regardless of whether they are seeking a fellowship (one-year or two-year.)

This position:

is a remote position (the fellow need not ever come to the Host Site's physical location.)

is a hybrid position (the fellow will complete roughly 50% of their work at the Host Site.)

is an on-site position (the fellow will complete all work at the Host Site.)
